Welcome to the Lake Devonshire Neighborhood
The Lake Devonshire Home Owners Association would like to welcome you to our neighborhood. We are proud to call Lake Devonshire our home and we hope you will enjoy living and visiting here as well. Technically, our neighborhood is defined as the Lake Devonshire 2nd Subdivision. This area encompasses 67 acres bounded by Mattis Avenue, Devonshire Drive/Sandpiper Lane, O'Donnell Drive and Country Lake/Harbor Point Drive. We are home to single-family residence, town homes and condominiums. This area encompasses our beautiful seven acre Lake Devonshire. As a resident of our neighborhood, you are automatically a member of our Association and afforded the rights of such membership. This includes access the lake for both boating and fishing and access to our trail network. We hope you will join us in preserving the high quality of life and look for ways to be involved in making Lake Devonshire a wonderful place to call home.
IMPORTANT: Considering a Sale or Remodel? As a reminder, upon the sale of your house or condo, at the closing you must present a letter from LDHA which attests that all dues and assessments are fully paid. This letter can be obtained by clicking the link on the upper right hand portion of this page "Request a Closing Document".
Legally, additions to a housing unit or installation of external structures, such as sheds and fences, must be approved by the Aesthetics Committee and the LDHA Board. Please work with the committee in advance to avoid any unpleasant and perhaps costly disputes. |
