Annual Lake Devonshire Clean-up Day
The annual Lake Devonshire Clean-Up Day is held each Spring. The date is announced in the Spring Newsletter. It is typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to Noon. The morning begins with coffee, juice, and donuts. Don't miss this great chance to meet your neighbors and give back to your community. You don't have to attend the whole time. We appreciate any help you can offer. Tasks for the day include cleaning the shoreline of the lake, the entryway medians along Devonshire Drive and landscaped cul-de-sacs.
Help Keep Our Neighborhood Clean
The Lake Devonshire HOA is responsible for the aesthetics of the subdivision, the lake, the sidewalks in the commons area around the lake, and the lawn and trees between the sidewalk and the shoreline. As weather improves, many of our friends and neighbors will resume their regular walks around our beautiful lake. Please take the initative to pick up a piece of trash, downed branch from the lake or cul-de-sacs on your walks and contribute to a cleaner lake. If all chip in, our lake will be clean in no time.
Help our Young Trees Grow
Over the past three years the association has made great effort in removing Ash Trees from our commons space. By being proactive, we have protected ourselves against the costly removal of diseased and emerald ash boar infected trees. In the place of the Ash Trees, we have planted many new trees along the shoreline. Please take a moment on your walk and help us keep them watered by giving them a drink using the buckets we have attached to each young tree. Thanks for your help!
